The first vice-president of the United Socialist
Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello
Rondón, during the broadcast of his program Con El Mazo Dando
#485, assured that there is no more important event, this year, in the world than the elections in Venezuela.
Cabello explained that
the electoral process is “at stake for the peace and tranquility of the continent,
but the proposal of free peoples where Venezuela is the vanguard
is also on the table.”
He also indicated that to date
97 countries will be observers of the electoral process on July 28,
which should attract the world's attention, while condemning statements by representatives
of Spain for doubting the legitimacy of the Venezuelan elections, because “they have lines and want to rule how
democracy should work in Venezuela.”
