Cabello: PSUV Congress will meet on March 15

The United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) is fully prepared to participate in the upcoming presidential elections on July 28, said the first vice-president of this political organization, Diosdado Cabello.

In this regard, he reported that next March 15, the Congress of the Red Awning will meet to ratify the proposals made by the rank and file of the party, in Assembly, to choose the socialist flag bearer for these elections.

“We are convinced that every time we do these actions the party is favored,” he highlighted during a press conference held this Wednesday

In the same way, Cabello assured that the opposition should take advantage of the upcoming elections to grow and distance itself from coup plans. “The time lost by the right wing, during the last two years, in conspiracies and supporting the impossible will not be able to recover and it will weigh on them,” he said.
