Diosdado Cabello Rondón, reported that Horacio Medina, who served as “president of PDVSA Ad Hoc” of the so-called “interim government” headed by Juan Guaidó, recognized the diversion of 75,000 dollars from the Simon Bolivar Foundation, which managed CITGO, to pay for the wedding of Orlando Viera's daughter, who served as “ambassador” of the so-called “interim” in Canada.
“Horacio Medina is the guy who managed the money, the sad thing is that the Simon Bolivar Foundation was the one used to care for children who had to have bone marrow transplants and a large number of children were left without receiving the transplant and some unfortunately died,” he lamented.
He criticized the fact that in the midst of the corruption scheme built by opposition extremism, these funds have been diverted to pay for the wedding of Orlando Viera's daughter, as Medina confessed in an audio released by economist Francisco Rodríguez.
