Cabello: Renewal of the Obama Decree is an immoral pressure against the people

The renewal, by the United States government, of the executive order that imposes unilateral coercive measures on the country is a mechanism of pressure on the Venezuelan people ahead of the presidential elections on July 28, said the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello.

“They are immorally pressuring a People for regime change, according to them. But the real change in Venezuela is us, the Revolution; because we come from more than 200 years of gringo domination. We are the real change and we are doing it and we will continue to do it in peace,” said Cabello during a press conference.

In this regard, he stressed that there is currently, around the world, a campaign against the country and Venezuelans to try to link the government with criminal organizations.

“A gaffe came out , who by the way is the grandson of Ledezma's wife, speaking from a German television station and doesn't present a single piece of evidence against Venezuela. But that's the mechanism, they repeat the lie over and over again,” he said, while calling on the revolutionary militancy to “be reporters” and, with their phones, record the reality of the country and the development of the PSUV assemblies.

He also reiterated the call to compatriots who are abroad to return to the country to build them together. “We ask those who are outside to come, this is also their country,” he stressed.
