Cabello Rondón: Cristopher Figuera was the greatest coward of the coup attempt in Altamira

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, assured that Cristopher Figuera was the greatest coward of the coup attempt six years ago.

From the Altamira Distributor, Cabello Rondón recalled that it was Figuera who summoned some officers and told them that they were going to intervene a penalty to deceive them, but at 3 in the morning he left Venezuela, “that's the anatomy of a coward: Never show your face”.

“Today they speak from abroad as if what they did constitutes a success; of course it was a success, but because of ineptitude, incapacity, cowardice, betrayal that was defeated by the union, by the fusion of a people, of police and military forces,” he said.

Cabello Rondón emphasized that the vendepatria wanted to make people believe that they had succeeded “that they had recovered democracy”, the same democracy that destroyed this country for years.

“Revolutionaries, those of us who love Venezuela, are left with the democracy of the People, of the People who want, who fight and who work,” he said.
