The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, assured that “on April 13, 2002, the civic-military union, United We Will Win!!”, was sealed forever.

From the social network X he wrote: “April 13, 2002, 22 years after the greatest demonstration of love that could take place between a People, their Armed Forces and a ruler, and they came to the rescue of our Commander Chávez, the civic-military union, United We Will Win!”, was sealed forever.
