Cabello: The nomination process for candidates will be using the Base Assembly method (+15M)

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, emphasized that the process of nominating candidates will be through the method of Base Assembly at the national level, in 47,553 communities

During the press conference of the National Directorate of the Red Awning Party, Cabello Rondón asserted that most of these communities are connected to the PSUV System for the verification of applications.

“Tests have already been done, which guarantees us that on Saturday we will have a very nice day well done in Revolution,” he said.

He reported that the meetings will be held simultaneously on Saturday, March 15 at 2 in the afternoon, and will be led by the head of the community, who must report the time and place of the meeting.

In that sense, he issued instructions so that today paperboards should be placed so that people know where the assembly is going to be held.

He insisted that it is an open and popular consultation. “It must be a process of fraternal, unitary encounter, of equals, who contribute to strengthening the unity and morals of our People,” he said.

He also explained that PSUV members from the age of 15 can participate, “whether they are butchered or not.”

“Any member of the Great Patriotic Pole parties can participate, without any kind of pressure and they should not close a door in any community; men, women, social movements, workers, peasants, community members, all the inhabitants of the community, the doors are open,” he said.
