Cabello: The Revolution has resisted attacks from the right because it has a country project

Venezuela has managed to resist all attacks from the right wing and imperialism thanks to the fact that the Bolivarian Revolution has a country project, said the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón.

“The first thing we say to people when we speak is that we have a project for the country, for the country. It doesn't happen with some heads of state who claim to be friends, but they don't have a country project but personal projects, they can't explain how in this country there are people capable of resisting despite sanctions,” he said.

Also, during the podcast Sin Truco Ni Maña, he compared the Revolution's offer to the country with that shown by the extreme right, assuring that while the Government defends the Homeland, the opposition wants to hand it over to foreign powers.

“Their project (the opposition) is the surrender of the country, our project is the defense of our country (...) They are bad in the opposition, but they are worse at governing,” he said.
