Cabello: There is no formula other than law and justice

The Sectorial Vice President for Policy, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, during a press conference, assured that there is no formula other than law and justice.

In this regard, he pointed out that the State will punish anyone who is involved in crimes, regardless of their position, stressing that “if he appears involved in these activities, he will be brought to justice and the full weight of the law will fall on him and if he is an official, the law establishes precisely the mechanisms for sanction.”

Regarding the talks with Colombia, Cabello specified that they are still active, within the framework of “respect for their sovereignty and ours.” And he assured that drug trafficking networks want to “remove that drug, use our territory, but it's not going to happen; here we protect our border, it's up to Colombia to protect its border.”
