President Delcy Rodríguez confirms agreement with SpaceX VZ and authorizes Starlink to operate in Venezuela

As part of the policies of the Venezuelan State promoted by President Delcy Rodríguez to democratize access to technology and guarantee the right to communication, General Authorization HGTS-00639 and seven (7) General Concessions were approved in the Ku band to the commercial company SPACEX VZ, S.C.A.

With this measure, the provision of the Starlink brand satellite internet service is legally authorized throughout the national territory, which will allow a formal operation with domicile and supervision in the country.

With this grant, the Venezuelan State ratifies its commitment to the ordering of the radio spectrum, the promotion of new technologies and the digital inclusion of the population.
