The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, this Wednesday, October 14, confirmed that it does not reach 4% of the houses in the Great Venezuela Housing Mission, which collapsed due to the earthquakes that occurred in the country on June 24.
The approach was made by Cabello when he dismissed a statement by the extremist opponent Nitu Pérez Osuna, who compared the earthquakes that occurred in Venezuela and the recent earthquake that Panama suffered, and recognizes that the damage was widespread in that country.
“You can't ask a banana plant to give you tangerines, she's going to give you bananas. You can't ask that lady to reason something, it's impossible, because from her fanaticism, fanaticism prevents her from seeing reality,” she emphasized in her Con El Mazo Dando program, broadcast number 585.
Cabello also emphasized that he does not hold the private builder responsible for the countless homes affected by earthquakes in the country. “I didn't blame the private builder, no, no, whatever was on that road where the two earthquakes were crashed, whoever built it would have built it”.
“There's no going back in that, but hey, from ignorance you can throw whatever you want, then, out of ignorance and bad intention,” he said.
