From the social network X, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, lamented the physical departure of C/F Victor Hugo Morales, leader of the El Porteñazo movement in June 1962.
“Today it was the turn of a great revolutionary, courageous, daring, consistent, and consistent. Víctor Hugo Morales left us, an example of permanent struggle, eternal glory to you companion. We Will Win!!” , he wrote.
