The National Government is making progress in installing surveillance cameras in Trujillo state to strengthen the VEN-911 system in that entity, said the Minister of Interior, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón.
“These cameras help security, to prevent. We have already received a batch and we are going to send the first 36 here (Trujillo) to continue uniting the entire 911,” Cabello said during the delivery of patrols and motorcycles to the entity's peace quadrants.
In addition, the head of the Interior portfolio called on the mayors of that state to commit merchants so that, if they have camera systems, they will put them at the service of the VEN-911. “This is how merchants are going to win, too, to secure and strengthen,” he said.
On the other hand, he reported that more than 60% of the country's Peace Quadrants have received equipment and vehicles to provide care and security to the Venezuelan people.
