Cabello: When Commander Chávez returned, we received him with the same love as always

During the Special Session in the National Assembly (AN), commemorating the 22nd anniversary of the coup d'etat of April 11 and 12, 2002, Deputy Diosdado Cabello, assured that on April 13, 2002, Commander Hugo Chávez was received with the same love as always.

“Chávez arrived and we received him with the same love with which we always received him, he sat down to talk to us with the Constitution and a Christ in his hands and the first thing he did was ask for forgiveness and he accepted his mistakes before the country and before the world,” said Cabello Rondón.

He also argued that that day Chávez called for unity, for brotherhood, to work for the country, and the stateless right did not understand it.

He recalled that it was very sad that there were people who said: “Diosdado has already appeared, there is no need for Chávez to come. What are they made of? What is the price they have? , were so low for betraying Commander Chávez.”

“The only decree I signed as president was returning the presidency to the legitimate president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Hugo Chávez; I didn't sign anything else,” he said.
