Candidate for the Governor of Lara, Luis Reyes Reyes received unrestricted support from the working class

The candidate for governor of the state of Lara, Luis Reyes Reyes, held a meeting with representatives of various productive areas of the entity, to whom he reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to strengthening the working class as the backbone of the Fatherland.

The event, held at the facilities of the Casa del Proletariado in Barquisimeto, was attended by candidates for the National Assembly (AN) and the Legislative Council, and its central axis was the recognition of the historical and present value of men and women who, with their daily efforts, build the future of the nation.

‎En his speech, Reyes Reyes, indicated that the proposals presented represent the working force, characterized by boosting mining, fishing and agri-food production, which demonstrates the commitment to strengthening the productive apparatus, reported the website of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV).

“Proposals were discussed to deepen policies of social justice, labor protection and sovereignty, in addition to the achievements made in terms of labor rights,” he said.

Representing the working class,‎ Direlkis Rodríguez, highlighted the importance of unity between workers as an essential engine of resistance in the face of economic challenges.

“We call to keep alive the flame of class consciousness, with the pride of those who work for a free, just and sovereign homeland; and together with the revolutionary candidates we will keep fighting,” he said.
