This Tuesday, May 13, the candidate of the Great Patriotic Pole Simón Bolívar (GPPSB), for the Governor of the state of Zulia, proposed four main lines of action to govern this entity if elected on May 25.
During a meeting with the teams of the Popular and Communal Government System, in Maracaibo, the candidate proposed as the first line: Governing with the people and strengthening all the social missions created by the Bolivarian Government.
Second, as of May 26, assign a public servant in each Community and Popular Government Chamber of the entity's 576 Communes, to transform parish structures.
As a third line, Caldera proposed the creation of five territorial camps (one for each territorial axis) for public works to support the communes. “There they will have machinery at the service of the projects selected by the communities in the popular consultations,” he said.
The fourth proposal is to eliminate the separation between state schools and national schools. This point includes the rehabilitation of 400 schools, through the Ministry of Popular Power for Education (MPPE) and the Military Community Brigades for Education and Health (BRICOMILES).
Regarding this set of lines of action, the revolutionary leader, Héctor Rodríguez, affirmed that this region has great historical, tourist, economic and technological potential to be a state where the people live in the best conditions.
“Unfortunately, you see it in every journey and in every statistic, that it is a state subject to abandonment, lack of government, disinterest, lack of desire, energy and capacity, which has ended up leaving Zulia in a very precarious situation,” he warned.
He recalled that at the beginning of 2000 he visited this city and was surprised by the cleanliness of its streets, “today I see that the city is abandoned with garbage and holes, and that must stop,” he said.
For her part, the comprehensive community doctor, Egleisis González, pointed out that Zulia will be the state with the least problems in Venezuela, “because it will have a humanitarian, humble and loving governor.”
“Our candidate for governor has 576 communes that live in the state of Zulia, which have had a very positive impact, through popular consultations and the 7 Transformations,” he said.
