The candidate for the Government of Guiana Esequiba, Neil Villamizar, together with the candidates for the National Assembly (AN) and the Legislative Council, presented his government plan based on the 7 Transformations to the San Antonio de Roscio indigenous community.

This meeting highlighted the importance of comprehensive development that respects traditions and encourages the active participation of indigenous peoples, reported the PSUV website.

Villamizar explained the need to develop the region's main economic sectors, including agriculture, livestock, mining, fishing, crafts and poultry farming.

He stressed that this effort must be carried out with the active participation of all communities, both Creole and indigenous, to ensure inclusive and sustainable development.

During his speech, Villamizar highlighted the importance of strengthening rural infrastructure, improving access to basic services and generating economic opportunities to raise the quality of life of the entire population.

He also presented strategies aimed at respecting and preserving cultural diversity, while promoting economic and social progress in the region.

The candidate emphasized the value of working in unity, promoting a model of participatory management that allows communities to be protagonists in the construction of public policies that respond to their needs.

He also recognized the fundamental role of indigenous communities in the development of Esequiba Guiana, ensuring that their voices will be heard and taken into account.

This meeting, framed in the “People Who Solve” Campaign, reaffirms Neil Villamizar's commitment to an inclusive, respectful model of government aimed at the integral development of the region, consolidating the vision of a fairer and more prosperous Essequiba Guiana.
