CANTV achieved 96% effectiveness in responding to reports by VenApp in Delta Amacuro

During the first two months of the year 2026, the Venezuelan National Anonymous Telephone Company (CANTV) provided service to more than 750 subscribers in the Delta Amacuro state.

This is 96% effective in resolving cases, according to a press release.

This achievement is the result of the deployment of CANTV technical crews in the municipalities of Tucupita and Casacoima, with the objective of restoring telecommunications services in homes in the area. Technical tasks included corrective maintenance on transmission networks.

Comprehensive care for users took place in the Paloma, Carapal de Guara, La Florida and San Rafael sectors, in the Tucupita municipality. Meanwhile, in the Casacoima jurisdiction, the deployment covered the Sierra Imataca, El Triunfito and El Triunfito communities.
