CANTV achieves 96% effectiveness in VenApp reports at Delta Amacuro

The National
Anonymous Telephone Company of Venezuela (CANTV) achieved 96%
effectiveness in resolving faults in the Delta Amacuro state during the first two months of the year.
This
was published by the State channel, Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), on
its website, where it detailed that attention was also provided to more than 750
subscribers who made their reports through the VenApp of the 1X10 Good Governance system, which allowed the
restoration of telecommunications services in various homes of the entity.
Specifically, it became known that technical crews carried out
corrective maintenance on transmission networks in the municipalities of Tucupita and Casacoima.
“Comprehensive
care materialized in the Paloma, Carapal de Guara, La
Florida and San Rafael sectors, in the state capital, while in the jurisdiction
of Casacoima, the approach covered the Sierra Imataca, El Triunfito and El Triunfito communities,” VTV reported.
