CANTV installs WI-FI service in Paseo de El Obelisco

Owners and visitors to the national architectural monument El Obelisco, also known as a tourist and recreational park, located in the west of the state of Lara (Barquisimeto), already have high-speed connectivity due to the installation of an Ultra Zone by the Venezuelan National Anonymous Telephone Company ( CANTV).

The company incorporated WiFi, allowing for fast and stable navigation by scanning a QR code, in a modern booth identified on site by CANTV, which now operates on the fiber optic network, according to a press release.

The inauguration ceremony of the new telecommunications space was attended by the president of that company, Iván Rafael Hernández Dala, recently leading a day of delivery of services to users in Industrial Zone I of Barquisimeto, with the purpose of strengthening technological development and boosting the economy.
