As part of the Comprehensive Breakdown Resolution Plan, the Venezuelan National Telephone Anonymous Company (CANTV) carried out a series of corrective maintenance maneuvers on its transmission media in the state of Apure.

These efforts made it possible to guarantee and optimize access to telecommunications services for families, businesses and public institutions in the Llanera region.

The company's specialized staff carried out a comprehensive approach at the Biruaca telephone exchange. During the day, technical adaptation work was carried out on two new-generation nodes, an action that made it possible to restore and significantly improve the quality of fixed telephony and Internet for more than a thousand subscribers in the area.

Simultaneously, CANTV crews were deployed in Elorza parish, Rómulo Gallegos municipality, to respond immediately to reports made by the community through the VenApp 1×10 Good Governance platform.

In this deployment, services were restored to nearly 150 families. In this regard, the head of the UBCH Manuel Antonio Nieves, Nazareth Ojeda, highlighted the positive impact of these efforts.

“This approach meets a collective need of the inhabitants of Elorza. We are very grateful to the CANTV staff for the technical effort made to return the communication to us,” he said.
