CANTV recovers more than 1,000 fixed telephone and Internet services in Guárico

The Venezuelan National Anonymous Telephone Company (CANTV) maintains a special deployment of the Comprehensive Breakdown Resolution Plan in the municipalities of Juan Germán Roscio and San José de Guaribe, Guárico state, to restore telecommunications services to more than 1,000 subscribers.

In a press release, the institution explained that the tasks include corrective maintenance on networks, adaptation of transmission media and house-to-house verification of the operability of the services, in addition to providing answers to cases reported through the VenApp of the 1x10 Good Governance system.

Among the communities served is Antonio Miguel Martínez, in San Juan de los Morros, where residents highlighted the care provided by the company's technical crews.

CANTV continues to be deployed in the Los Llanos region to ensure the continuity of fixed telephone and Internet services in homes, businesses and institutions.
