Carabobo secured the title of the Third Valid National Olympic shooting with 35 medals at the event held in Valencia.

The Carabobeña representation was led by the Olympian Douglas Gómez, who won three golds in the quick shooting pistol and in the individual and team 10 m air gun tests.

In addition, the mixed duo composed of Santiago Niño and Valentina Sánchez dominated the 10 m air rifle, while Douglas Gómez (son) led the youth team in fast shooting and 25 m sports pistol and José Ceballos did the same in the 10 m youth air gun.

In other events, Niño also won three youth positions and a 50-meter youth rifle. For her part, Verónica Lozada topped the rankings for 25 m sports pistol, 10 m air pistol and the team modality along with Mirela Herman and Nicole Saavedra, who also won both pistol tests alone.

The Miranda delegation ranked second in the medal table after winning six golds with Gabriel Fu in a 10 m air rifle and the team victory with Berrizbeitia and Aníbal Pérez. In addition, Ariel Martín led the 10 m air rifle in youth and adult categories and in three women's positions and was also part of the winning team along with Diomaris Toro and Paola Guerrero.

Caracas finished in third place under the leadership of Olympian Julio Iemma, who led the event in three positions. Jean Arnetta won the SH2 strung rifle and 10 m air rifle and in adapted sports Andi Sumoza won the air gun for hearing impairment.
