Carabobo will host the “Sabe a Venezuela” Expoferia

The state of Carabobo will host the first edition of the “Sabe a Venezuela” ExpoFeria, which will take place from August 15 to 17 in Wynwood Park in the municipality of Naguanagua.

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Trade and President of the Country Brand, Daniela Cabello, stressed that the event seeks to consolidate Carabobo as the epicenter of productive events in Venezuela.

He commented that the initiative represents a true experience for Venezuelans, aimed at exalting items that are part of the national DNA, cocoa, coffee, rum and tobacco, products with an identity seal and export quality.

He explained that, since 2020, more than 2,500 cocoa and chocolate brands, in addition to 3,000 in the coffee area.

“This event is aimed at elevating our identity, at making Venezuelans feel profoundly proud of what we are, of what we produce and of the business community that continues to believe in their country,” he said.

Cabello noted that the fair will have spaces such as the Rum Library, the Coffee Museum, the Cacaoteca and interactive areas dedicated to tobacco and chocolate, designed to promote the knowledge, enjoyment and cultural value of these emblematic products with export potential.

“Everything is conceived as a multisensory experience,” he said.

For his part, the governor of Carabobo, Rafael Lacava, assured that this event would be a virtuous cycle for the country, since it will showcase our national productive identity.

He noted that more than 100 companies from the sector will participate in the exhibition and more than 60,000 people are expected to attend.

“We are promoting an event that demonstrates the talent, resilience, beauty and creativity of Venezuelans, four sectors that have built a national identity and that today represent a powerful value chain, thanks to the work of businessmen and entrepreneurs,” he emphasized.
