Through the VenApp system, citizens who so request can request simple (non-contrast) CT scans free of charge in the Metropolitan Area of Caracas.

According to the information provided on the 0800 Bigote telephone line (0800-244683-7), specialists carry out the imaging studies in a mobile unit, located in the facilities of Paseo Los Próceres, specifically at the entrance to the Military Circle, in the El Valle parish of the Libertador municipality.

According to the newspaper Último Noticias, people who wish to access the service must download the Venapp platform and attach digital copies of their identity card, as well as the medical report and the order issued by the specialist doctor requesting the exam.

Once the report is made in the app, the patient will be summoned for the tomography. Priority will be given to those who have oncological pathologies.

At the time of the study, the person must fast solid foods about four hours before the exam. It is also recommended that you drink two glasses of water before the test and report your health conditions.
