Cardiovascular health care day treated more than 100 patients in Amazonas

At the facilities of the José María Vargas Popular Clinic, in the state of Amazonas, a day of special cardiovascular medical care was held, which managed to treat 105 people from the Luis Alberto Gómez town.

According to a press release from the Ministry of Health, the multidisciplinary team performed blood pressure and vital sign monitoring for each patient, as well as cardiovascular disease prevention evaluations and specialized electrocardiogram studies were carried out.

These days of special cardiovascular care belong to the Plan for Health and Life, whose purpose is to offer a free, preventive and quality service at the national level in conjunction with the National Surgical Plan.
