Carnaval 2025 sports and recreational activities have been deployed in Miranda and Carabobo

As part of the 2025 Happy and Safe Carnivals, this Sunday, the Minister of Popular Power for Sports, Franklin Cardillo, said that the Bolivarian Government developed an extensive program of sports activities in all the country's spas, parks and rivers.

From Miranda state, Cardillo explained that “150 points have been activated with sports activities in the region, with the purpose of offering activities such as volleyball, soccer and basketball for the enjoyment of children and young people”, and in parallel, various recreational and cultural activities will be carried out in different locations.

He noted that in Rio Chico, sporting and cultural events will be organized on Mondays and Tuesdays of Carnival, with the objective of promoting values of love and coexistence among the attendees. “The recreational activities will be especially aimed at children, who will be able to enjoy games and dynamics that promote integration and respect,” said the minister.

Meanwhile, from Carabobo, the Deputy Minister of Sports Massification, Juan Carlos Amarante, said that “in Puerto Cabello, activities such as dance therapy, competitions and volleyball are being carried out and I invite the community to join and enjoy the festivities along the coastal and national axis.”

The program of the Happy and Safe Carnivals 2025 seeks to offer an unforgettable experience, where sports, culture and recreation have been integrated, in turn to provide security and happy coexistence.
