Carrier sanctioned for using his cell phone while driving

A driver of the San José - Piñonal Line, from the Girardot municipality of Maracay, Aragua state, was sanctioned after he was accused of using his cell phone while driving the public transport unit.

According to a series of messages published on account X of the Ministry of Interior, Justice and Peace, the complaint against the carrier was released on social networks, so officials from the Bolivarian National Police and the National Institute of Land Transportation acted to identify the driver.

At the same time, sanctions provided for in the Land Transport Act were applied.
