The Foreign Minister of the Republic of Venezuela, Iván Gil, shared through a series of photos and videos, the demonstration of solidarity with the 252 Venezuelan migrants detained in El Salvador by French groups and social movements who came to the Plaza de los Derechos Humanos in Paris to demand their release from there.

“From the Human Rights Square in Paris, we receive moving images of a protest in solidarity with the 252 Venezuelans who are kidnapped in El Salvador, after being illegally transferred to this country by the Trump Administration. The demonstration, organized by the International Collective “Freedom For 252", is a powerful reflection of unity and solidarity among the peoples of the world who reject the criminalization of migrants simply because of their nationality or skin color,” Gil wrote on Telegram.

Since March 15, 252 compatriots have been kidnapped in El Salvador, due to the illegal actions of the Donald Trump government with the alliance of Nayib Bukele, without any argument that could justify this atrocious action in a maximum security prison in that country.
