Checkpoints in the Capital Region reinforce awareness and security at Carnavales

Officials and officials of the General Directorate of Crime Prevention (DPD) were deployed in the capital region to offer drivers and vacationers recommendations so that they can enjoy the vacation vacation at the Viva Venezuela 2026 Carnival festivities.

During this deployment, vacationers receive workshops on the prevention of traffic accidents, the importance of wearing a seat belt when driving, abstaining from driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages and respecting road signs regarding speed limits.

Likewise, according to a note published by Venezolana de Televisión, recommendations are given to avoid incidents involving immersion in the resorts of the Mirandina entity and the Central Coast, with the aim of raising awareness among the community about the preventive measures to be followed during the carnival season.

In this way, the staff of the General Directorate of Crime Prevention contribute to the deployment carried out by the various security bodies in the Capital Region, to ensure that the Venezuelan population enjoys these Carnivals with safety and happiness, in an atmosphere of tranquility and brotherhood.
