China and Venezuela celebrate 51st anniversary of Diplomatic Relations

This Friday, the government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, led by President Nicolás Maduro Moros through the Ministry of People's Power for Foreign Affairs, sent cordial greetings to the People's Republic of China, in the framework of the 51st anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between the two nations.
“On behalf of President Nicolás Maduro, we extend cordial greetings to the People's Republic of China on the 51st anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between our peoples. Last year, Beijing and Caracas raised their ties to an “All-Time and Test Strategic Partnership”, details the message sent by the foreign minister, Yván Gil.
In addition, he stressed that within the framework of relations with China. “They continue to consolidate the solid friendship between our nations and strengthen bilateral cooperation, which is moving towards a future full of great projects and mutual benefits,” the diplomat wrote.
In this regard, he recalled that recently China and Venezuela signed an important agreement for the export of mung beans from Venezuelan fields to China “opening the doors of this vast market to our farmers and promoting joint development.”
