CICPC clarified the murder of a woman in Maracaibo

Members of the Criminal and Criminal Scientific Investigations Corps (CICPC), attached to the Maracaibo municipal delegation, arrested a 15-year-old boy, for being responsible for the death of Sol Elena González, which occurred in the Sobre la Tierra sector, avenue 108, Venancio Pulgar parish, Maracaibo municipality, Zulia state, on August 9.

The information was released by the director of this body, Douglas Rico, who explained that “the son of the deceased, was arguing with the detainee and another young man to be arrested; the argument turned violent and that is when Sol proceeds to intercede in it, being pushed by the perpetrators, causing her to fall, hit herself on the head and then had a heart attack that caused her death”.

Rico explained that the detainee was placed under the command of the Public Ministry.
