CICPC dismantled gang dedicated to the theft and theft of motorcycles in Guatire

Members of the Criminal and Criminal Scientific Investigations Corps (CICPC), Commissioner Douglas Rico, reported the dismantling of the criminal group “El Kelvin” dedicated to the theft of motorcycles in Guatire.
According to the information issued by the curator, this band consisted of five individuals, identified as: Gabriel David Carrasco Lugo, Enderson Yohani Cárdenas Blanco, Luis Antonio Márquez Lugo, Reinaldo Javier Cartaya Moya and Kelvin David Escribano Rodríguez; who operated in different sectors of the main avenues of the Guatire parish, Zamora municipality, Miranda state.
In this regard, he explained that members of the coordination of investigations into the theft and theft of vehicles of the Guarenas municipal delegation determined that these antisocials were dedicated to stealing motorcycle-type vehicles, to rob them and sell their parts.
