Members
of the Drug Research Division of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps
(CICPC), stationed
in the state of La Guaira, seized 402.46 grams of controlled substances and
dismantled a drug trafficking network, after two months of intensive investigations.
Through
its Telegram channel, the Ministry
of Interior Relations, Justice and Peace noted that during a search, officials discovered a
building used as a laboratory
to prepare “pink cocaine” or “tusi”: a complex mixture
of psychedelic phenethylamines, ketamine, methamphetamine, cocaine, opioids and other new psychoactive substances.
The
operation also resulted in the seizure of a .38 mm revolver and a cell
phone, whose analysis revealed specific points of sale and
suppliers in housing estates in western Caracas, key data to identify other members of the network.
