Portuguese Civil Protection officials maintain their deployment in the upper area of the state and prioritize supervision in the municipality of Monsignor José Vicente de Unda, due to increased levels of rivers and streams following recent rains.

The commissions carry out continuous monitoring of flows and carry out community tours through preventive alerts to guide residents and ensure immediate response to any eventuality.

The official balance sheet confirms that the floods are not critical, although the authorities recall that Unda registers sectors with a history of flooding, so they insist that families close to the waterways reinforce precautions.
