Civil Protection trained GNB students in first aid in Trujillo

Civil Protection officials gave an intensive training talk on first aid to students in the third phase of the 130th promotion of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB), in Trujillo state.

This initiative was aimed at strengthening the technical and operational capacities of future military personnel, whom the Civil Protection team trained to optimize the response times of State security forces in emergency situations.

Key tools for the initial evaluation of injured persons, pre-hospital care maneuvers and immobilization techniques for the correct approach of victims in risk scenarios were provided by specialized personnel during the instruction.
