The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, during a rally of Chavista forces in support of President Nicolás Maduro and against the sanctions against Venezuela requested by the opposition, assured that a simple rain made the patarucos disappear in Cojedes.

The sayona who had her act today in Cojedes and disappeared, or rather, vanished in the rains because, as she says, “her hair stops”. The thing is that they are very delicate, but we are here because we belong to the people,” said Cabello, in Tinaquillo, where despite the winter storm thousands of people gathered to show their strong support for the Bolivarian Revolution.

“Extraordinary demonstration by Tinaquillo, how proud to be here with you,” said the psuvist leader.
