Colonia Tovar is preparing to receive thousands of tourists at its 2026 Tourist Carnivals

Regional and municipal authorities officially presented the schedule for the Colonia Tovar Tourist Carnival 2026 in Aragua.

The Secretary of Tourism of the state of Aragua, Vicmar Olmos, and the general director of the mayor's office, Eylin Méndez, who were accompanied by representatives of the cultural pillars of the area: the Gorillas Club, the Witches, the Jokilis and, for the first time, the “Schell Mi” Club in El Jarillo.

The main objective of the activity was to promote Aragüeña's identity and present the different tourist attractions that this community has to offer during these carnival festivities. The authorities said that this season there is already 90% of hotel occupancy, which is expected to exceed the tourist record of previous years.
