CORPOELEC answered more than 1,700 requests through the VenApp Line in Falcón

With a wide deployment, the working class of the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) responded in the months of January and February to 1,735 reports from Falconian users and communities, through the VenApp application in Falcón.

In response to requests addressed to the state power company, the technicians carried out the installation of 258 transformers in the municipalities of Carirubana, Los Taques, Falcón, Jacura, Píritu, Colina and Federación, among other state entities, according to a press release from CORPO0ELEC.

The deployment included improvements to electrical networks with the relocation of poles, replacement of medium-voltage lines, as well as adaptations to electrical components, for greater reliability in the supply of the energy service.

In addition, in the service of residential and commercial users, they inspected and provided advice to community councils for electrification projects aimed at strengthening the energy service.
