CORPOELEC carried out maintenance on energized lines to benefit more than 36,000 people from Merida

With the objective of strengthening the quality of the electricity service, the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) in Mérida carried out preventive and corrective work on three circuits of the Andean entity to benefit more than 36,000 users.
During the deployment, the La Parroquia circuits of the Mérida I substation, El Llanito and the Hospital Universitario de Los Andes circuit of the Mérida III substation were serviced, where work was carried out to replace deteriorated components, measurements in branches to adapt protections and installation of a new sectioning point to improve the operation of distribution networks.
According to a press release, the state power company continues to be deployed in the different territorial axes of the Andean entity, to contribute to the strengthening of the National Electricity System (SEN).
