The National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) installed new transformers to benefit 30,998 users in the Paz Castillo and Independencia municipalities of Miranda state.
The technical maneuvers included the replacement of components, repair of connecting bridges, as well as adjustments of medium and low voltage lines, the Ministry for People's Power for Electric Energy (MPPEE) reported on its website.
The addition of new equipment with capacities of 25, 37.5 and 50 kVA, respectively, strengthens power distribution through the Frigorificador, Paraíso, Churuata and Las Flores circuits.
In addition, the technical staff replaced 20 200-watt LED technology luminaires to optimize lighting and strengthen the safety of passers-by and drivers, providing greater visibility on streets and recreational spaces.
These actions respond to requests registered by the People's Power through the VenApp Line of 1×10 Good Government, to strengthen the stability of the electricity service in the parishes of Santa Teresa and Santa Lucía de los Valles del Tuy.
