CORPOELEC More than 7,000 cases treated in Barinas through the 1×10 Good Governance Program

During the year 2025, the National Electricity Corporation (CORPOELEC), in the state of Barinas, met the population's electrical requirements by managing 7,508 cases reported through the 1X10 Good Governance System.
De According to a press release from CORPOELEC, quick responses were provided to 2,335 reports of network incidents, strengthening the provision of electricity service.
In the field of commercial management, 2,093 cases were registered and dealt with through procedures related to contracts, billing, service feasibility and measurement. In addition, the work carried out in relation to the electrical infrastructure made it possible to respond to 2,113 transformer reports, an essential task to ensure the operation of the electrical system.
The action in terms of public lighting totaled 410 interventions, whose improvements not only beautify the urban environment, but also guarantee the safety of citizens in public spaces during the night hours.
In the same way, the formulation of electrification projects played a prominent role with 287 cases attended, which evidences a commitment to the expansion and normalization of electrical infrastructure in the entity.
Important controlled pruning work was also carried out in service corridors, with the assistance of 270 reports, reinforcing energy transport by clearing vegetation close to electrical grids.
