CORPOELEC optimized the operation of the electrical system in Monagas

The National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) optimized the operation of the power transmission system at the San Jaime and Maturín substations, located in the state of Monagas.

According to information from the Ministry of Energy, high-impact preventive maintenance work included the correction of thermal gradients in power equipment, as well as the comprehensive cleaning and adjustment of screws in both facilities.

These works directly benefit more than 34,000 users, who live in residential and commercial areas of the Alto de Los Godos and San Simón parishes, in the city of Maturín.

With these actions, the Ministry of People's Power for Electric Energy, through CORPOELEC, reaffirms its commitment to providing timely responses to communities, strengthening electrical infrastructure as a basis for social development and good living of the people.
