CORPOELEC optimizes lighting in tunnels on the Mérida-El Vigía highway

The National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) carried out comprehensive maintenance of the public lighting system in the Estanques and Santa Teresa tunnels, located on the Mérida-El Vigía highway.

The technical work, according to a press release from CORPOELEC, allowed the installation of 44 new equipment with 400 W luminaires, an action that strengthens the quality of this essential service for road safety, facilitating the daily traffic of drivers between the Alberto Adriani municipality and the metropolitan axis of the Andean entity.

In this way, CORPOELEC continues to make progress with the strengthening of public services, fulfilling the commitment made by the National Government to provide well-being to the population.
