CORPOELEC strengthened electricity service to more than 1,200 Amazonians

In order to guarantee the continuity of electricity service along the highway axes of the Atures municipality, crews of the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) installed transformers in the entity's indigenous communities.

On this occasion, the sentries installed 25 kVA and 37.5 kVA equipment in the communities of Sabana Grande, Morichalito, Pozo Azul, Unidos de Provincial, Agua Linda, Porvenir, Mirabal I, Piedrita de Mirabal, 3 de Diciembre, Culebra, Simóncito de Gavilán, Valle de San Francisco, Parhueña and Biruaca de Parhueña, located on the northern, southern and southeastern highways of the Amazonian capital.

These technical tasks, according to a press release, guarantee the supply and continuity of electricity service for more than 1,200 inhabitants of the original peoples of the Venezuelan Amazon.
