CORPOELEC strengthens electricity service at the University Hospital of Los Andes

The working class of the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) began work to optimize the grounding system of the electrical substation of the Instituto Autonomo Universitario Hospital de Los Andes (IAHULA).
The work carried out seeks to improve the functioning of the equipment in Oncology and the Angiograph, a medical device used for X-ray studies.
These actions benefit the main healthcare center in the state of Mérida, which serves patients from the Andean region and the state of Zulia.
In this intervention, according to a press release, it is planned to install plumbing and grounding cable along more than 110 linear meters, with the support of more Industrial Emergency Control Brigade (BCEI) and the Environment, Safety and Occupational Health (ASHO) teams.
