Criollo cyclist Orluis Aular will compete in the Giro d'Italia

Venezuelan cyclist Orluis Aular will compete in the 2026 edition of the Giro d'Italia, which will take place from May 8 to 31. The first grand tour will start in Nessebar, Bulgaria, ending in Rome, Italy.

Aular will compete with the Movistar team together with cyclists Enric Mas, who debuted in the Corsa Rosa, Javier Romo, Einer Rubio, Iván G. Cortina, Lorenzo Milesi, Juanpe López and Nelson Oliveira.

Aular, will be the speed card in this Italian Classic; the team has a safe runner for sprints. The team expects to be on all terrains of the competition that will start this Friday, from the sprints to the high mountains, without giving up the fight for the podium.
