Cultural Entrepreneurship Schools certify more than 160 people in Trujillo

These entrepreneurship schools have become key spaces for strengthening the region's cultural roots

The Carmen Sánchez de Jelambi and Andrés Eloy Blanco Schools of Cultural Entrepreneurship certified more than 160 participants who presented the closing exhibition corresponding to the first period of the 2024-2025 academic year in Valera, Trujillo state.

The activity carried out by the schools dependent on the Institute of Culture and the Arts of the state of Trujillo was attended by the sole authority of Culture in the state, Professor Temístocles Cabezas Morales, accompanied by other representatives of the cultural institute.

During the day, the authorities observed the results obtained by the participants from the beginning of the program in 2024 to the month of March 2025.

Among the exhibitions, a diverse exhibition was included, highlighting the chairs of cutting and tailoring, traditional cuisine, hairdressing, baking, music and dance, among others. This set of disciplines reflects the purpose of these institutions to promote the preservation of cultural traditions through practical learning and entrepreneurship.

These entrepreneurship schools have become key spaces for strengthening the region's cultural roots, while promoting the development of self-managed economic activities. The comprehensive approach of its programs responds to the guidelines of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, aimed at diversifying and strengthening the country's cultural values.
