Delcy Rodríguez after the new oil agreement: May every barrel translate into the happiness of the people

After the signing of the contract for the productive participation of hydrocarbons for carrying out primary activities in the Bare Block between Petrleos de Venezuela SA (PDVSA) and the Gilinski Group, the president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, stressed that every barrel of oil produced must translate into happiness for the people.

“I have said that each barrel translates into well-being, school, health, food, salary, happiness of the people,” said the president in charge in statements to Venezolana de Televisión (VTV).

In this regard, he recalled the words of the Liberator Simon Bolivar in his speech in Angostura, where he spoke of social happiness. “Well, social happiness is that we take this production that we are going to increase it with all these agreements that we have signed and now Colombia joins, that we can bring well-being to the people of Venezuela,” he emphasized.
