Delcy Rodríguez: The carnival security operation has met the expectations of our people

This Wednesday, during the assessment of the Happy and Safe Carnivals 2025 that took place in the country, the executive vice president, Delcy Rodríguez, assured that through a survey, the People gave their opinion on the safety and enjoyment of the season.

“98.47 enjoyed the carnivals, 92.06% classify the carnival security operation as very good, which has met the expectations of our people,” he said.

On the other hand, he explained that through the National Integrated Customs and Tax Administration Service (SENIAT), “collection reached 26.7% compared to last year, meaning that there was more commercial movement and that is obviously reflected in the collection of taxes that go to the Social Protection system of our People”.

In addition, last year there were more than 108 thousand transactions, and this year 2025 the percentage increased by 4.7% in banking activities.
